Boosters Announcements:

• Corporate Ads
  The Booster Club has restructured the Corporate Advertising Program. Families may now obtain Corporate Sponsorship Advertisements for Harrison Band programs throughout the year. You may also buy personal ads for the Pops Concert program. Once you meet your $120 responsibility further advertisement revenues will be credited to your bucks account at 50% of the advertisement’s profit value. It gets better! Once your family obtains an advertiser for the Band Boosters, you have first rights to retain that client the following year! One year after the ad has been sold the family who originally sold the ad will have one month to re-solicit the company. If that family does not re-sell the ad to the company, it will be placed on an available list.
  Directions: Check the list of companies that have already bought ads. The list is posted in the hallway & published in the newsletter. Please do not solicit these companies. Wear Harrison attire. Ask to speak with a manager. Show them last year’s Pops Concert program if you have one, so they can see what they are buying. Make sure the form is completely filled out so we can send thank-you notes and tickets if applicable. More forms are available in the band room. When you sell an ad, place the check, form, and artwork/business card if applicable, in an envelope. Write "Corp Ad" on the outside of the envelope and place it in the drop box.
  
  Corporate Sponsorships
  Do you have a day to go around to local businesses, or do you have a contact in a large company? Well, we have a brochure with all the information pertaining to Corporate Sponsorships. What a great way for businesses to get advertising and support you and the band! All you have to do is drop off the form to the authorized official and have him/her mail it back in. If you secure the sponsor, you will receive a percentage of the amount they sign up for in “band bucks." Please remember to follow-up with a phone call a week after you drop off the information. We will post a list of the secured Corporate Sponsors in the band hall so you don't call on someone more than once. If you have a Corporate Sponsor from last year, remember to check the list, as the sponsorship is good for one year and you will have the option of going back to see if they want to renew, before someone else tries to secure them.
  
  Publix Cards
  Remember to use your Publix card every time you make a store purchase as the band gets a percentage of all sales. The Publix card can be used in all of Georgia, South Carolina, & Alabama so please send them to friends & relatives in those states. What an easy way to help the Band!
